RESERVATION POLICIES:

We recommend showing up 5-10 minutes prior to your first visit to fill out new patient paperwork if you did not so so prior to your visit through the online portal. We also recommend booking 4 appointments in advance to insure your place. Inquire for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If appointments are not cancelled within business hours 48 hours prior to visit your account or the card on file will be charged a $50 late cancel fee for existing patients and $80 for a new patient evaluation. If you do not show up or cancel your visit, it will be considered a “no show” and your account or the card on file will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
